Issue 25: Database has large amounts of unused space

Sharepoint itself sometimes reports this issue in the SQL Server Log, however this situation can exist also in non-Sharepoint environments. Funny enough, MS states: "Resolution: Ignore this event, or shrink the database if you have to."
