Issue 8: Database Status: Offline

This alert is raised when a database is OffLine longer than 7 days.

Consider archiving the database by:

creating a permanent backup in a special place where it can stay as long as needed and...
dropping the database.

It is recommended to keep an administration of archiving actions.
