DBAgent Issue handling pages

Issue 4: Database Transaction Log Size increased substantially

This alert is raised whenever te Transaction Log has grown overnight by 500 MB or 15%.

Ideally, the size of the Transaction Log is stable but on occasions it can grow substantially. This can be caused by maintenance or other non-regular operations.
